"I placed an online order on May 16th with a pick up time of 3:40pm. When I arrived the store was slammed, with a single gentleman behind the counter. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. He was phenomenal. There was a massive line and multiple online orders - enough to stress anyone out. He handled it with such grace and calm. He was polite, unshaken, and accurate. I was so impressed. Thank you, sir!"

"It's very expensive, but it fulfills your craving for sweets or ice cream! The kids love the thrill of choosing their flavor and toppings! We've seen it extremely busy in the evening and have also been the only family in the business! Great displays of the products available! The employees are usually nice, friendly, and patient with indecisive customers! The facility is clean, and we'll designed for the lines of people that grow quickly! We did visit in Sept '24 and a young lady (either an off-duty employee or friend) had her pet "raccoon" inside with a large group of people gathered around it! It was extremely chaotic and unorganized! Parking is a challenge!!! Extremely small parking lot with another business and difficult to maneuver with vehicles entering and exiting frequently!"
